This website is operated by Kei Arima. Questions about privacy, access, correction or deletion of your information can be sent to hello@keiarima.com.
Contact information
The contact form collects your name, email address and message to respond to inquiries. Messages are sent to hello@keiarima.com through Google Workspace and saved in an access-restricted administrative inbox on Cloudflare. The time of your agreement to this policy is saved with your inquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Storage and deletion
Inquiry emails are retained only as needed to respond and maintain relevant correspondence, then deleted when no longer necessary. New website inbox copies expire after 180 days and can be deleted earlier by the administrator. Older archived inquiries are retained until deleted. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers limit abusive submissions and expire within 20 minutes.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager load only after you allow usage analytics. Google Analytics measures site usage, while Tag Manager manages additional tags. Analytics may use cookies and collect page URLs, device information and usage events. Contact names, email addresses and message bodies are never sent by this site to analytics. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled in the site’s consent configuration.
Your choices
You can decline analytics and still use the site and contact form. Use Analytics preferences to change your choice. Your analytics preference and selected interface language are stored in your browser. Administrative sign-in uses an essential, secure session cookie.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process technical connection and security logs. Google Workspace processes inquiry emails, and Google may process analytics data when enabled. These providers may process data outside your country under their own terms. External websites have their own privacy policies. Information is not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.
Security
HTTPS, access controls and input validation protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. If you would like your inquiry records deleted or corrected, contact hello@keiarima.com.
